Their first single, the 1997 “Open Your Eyes”, became a hit already, after which several others have followed. Guano Apes' sound is a fusion of metal, pop and rap. Its band members include vocalist Sandra Nasić, guitarist Henning Rümenapp, bassist Stefan Ude and drummer Dennis Poschwatta. German alt-rock band Guano Apes was founded in 1994.
